I booked the service looking at rating. After long time a got a worst packaging service. And behaviour when you hold their money for a day just to see when you unpack items if something is not broken, their manager behaves like gunda. If you are in indore better pay 2-3k more and get a more professional service. They don't have vehicle they don't leave workers. They book labours on demand and book porter service and keep on bargaining with best vehicle deal in front of you. They broken my chair wheel, scratch found on table. Broke a mirror which was packaged. Almost dropped my refrigerator while unpacking. Throwing my paked bags on second floor while unloading. BETTER AVOID BAD SERVICE THEN BEAR A DAMAGE OF ITEMS. At end I paid the money since I had to pay. Now question is whose there to take a feedback???

I had a terrible experience with this packers and movers service. My fridge was damaged, my bike got scratches, scooty glass broke, and most of my kitchen items were messed up. They had promised proper packaging for my bike and scooty, but they sent them without any packing at all.
When I tried to reach them after the damage, no one picked up my calls. They are just mediators with no real experience in packing and moving. Very unprofessional, careless, and misleading service.

I recently used FastLane Packers & Mover service and was pleased with the overall experience. The owner Mr Vivek Jha was approachable, and the staff were friendly and professional. My items were picked up and delivered safely. The service was competitively priced, especially compared to quotations from other similar service provider. Although there was a slight delay beyond the promised delivery date, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, I found the service to be reliable and a good value for the price. I would definitely recommend them for mover & packer services.
